“Dr. Ponder has been sharing diabetes management tips and ideas for a number of years.  He finally put his many years of experience as a pediatric endocrinologist and as a type 1 diabetic into a book.  While mainly geared towards adults, there is a kid section.  Regardless of age, there is plenty of information and techniques.  I learned a lot!”
